Most orders ship within 1-10 business days after we receive your order. And you should receive your order within 5-7 days of it being shipped. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. We will notify you when your order has been shipped and if applicable you will receive a tracking number. We use standard shipping by USPS. If you want a more premium shipping method, at checkout please select your method of shipping (this will be at an additional cost). If your order has been shipped and a reasonable time after expected delivery has passed we suggest first reaching out to the carrier that was used before contacting us. Once your order has left our facility we no longer have control of your order. But we will do everything we can to make sure you get your order.
