Customers will be responsible for paying for the shipping and handling of returned items. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. We cannot guarantee the returned item will be received and encourage the use of a tracking system.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items to our warehouse. Original order and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
We strive to be the best at BFYLighting.com, but we understand mistakes happen! We will fully refund any item that is damaged upon inspection. Please email us before sending back any damaged product at orders@fydistribution.com. For non-damage refunds, the process is easy, just send back your item(s) to us and once we receive and confirm the product issue, we will refund the money 100%. Once approved, the refund will be applied via payment used to purchase the product. Please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to complete.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@bfylighting.com to initiate the exchange process.
